Arizona Private Golf Club Community for Active Adults

New Homes Builder Arizona

At Encanterra, you're just a hop, skip and a jump from the world-class arts, sports, and cultural scene that is Phoenix, where you can do whatever it is you love most.

Combining the charm of an old-world Mediterranean village with New World design, Encanterra truly feels like a desert oasis. That's because the homes all exist around the perimeter of the championship private golf club, meaning the views are always spectacular. That is, assuming you like green grass foregrounds and magnificent red rock backdrops.

This is one place that will make your new home feel like a vacation.

Already under construction and set to open in 2010, is the spectacular 6,000+ square foot Club at Encanterra, La Casa. Once completed in 2010, La Casa will include:
  • Lighted professional tennis courts,
  • An indoor lap pool and outdoor resort pool,
  • Mossa Athletic Club & Alvea Spa with both co-ed and women-only areas and full-service spa treatments,
  • Explorations Cafe & News, a concept influenced by Starbuck's, Paradise Bakery, and your favorite Manhattan newsstand, and
  • Bistro 1528, a delicious restaurant concept complete with adjoining lounge and a wine library called "The Vault".
Check out the cool interactive tour of La Casa.
